Region 7 ESC — AI Time Tracking Pilot

This tool helps Region 7 staff understand how their time is actually spent across objectives and funding areas. To participate, sign in with your Region 7 Microsoft account to grant read-only access to the following data:

• •Email messages (subject, body, sender, timestamps)
• •Calendar events (title, duration, attendees)
• •Teams meetings (title, duration, attendees)
• •Mailbox settings (timezone, working hours)
• •Your profile (name, email address)

Read-only — this tool never modifies your email, calendar, or any other data. Access is used solely to analyze time allocation for the pilot period.
